The Partnership thanks you for taking advantage of this new Online Certificate Program for CSEA-represented New York State employees in the Operational Services and Division of Military and Naval Affairs bargaining units. We designed this unique learning opportunity to provide a solution for employees who have busy working schedules. Participants will be able to increase their knowledge from the comfort of their home or from their workplace with supervisory approval.
The benefits for completing the Operational Services Certificate Program (OSCP) are:
- Increased understanding of the carpentry, electrical, and welding trades.
- Better understanding of the role of safety and time management in the workplace.
- Enhanced math and grammar skills.
- A certificate that demonstrates your commitment to upgrading your skills.
To participate in the program, you will need a computer and a connection to the Internet. Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis from June 21, 2010 to July 18, 2010. The OSCP will be offered from July 19, 2010 to December 31, 2010.
