The Partnership is jointly sponsored and administered by the NYS Governor's Office of Employee Relations and the Civil Service Employees Association (CSEA). Course participation by employees working in local government, school districts, state aurhorities, and the private sector is sponsored by the CSEA WORK Institute. You are invited to take advantage of the in-classroom and webinar courses contained in this web catalog. Courses are listed under seven categories.
