- All courses must be vocational, trade, technical, or business-related, and relevant to a state occupation or state workforce need.
- Eligible courses must begin between April 1, 2008 and March 31, 2009 or you must be actively participating in the course sometime between these dates.
- Many colleges offer basic skills courses in English, reading, writing, and math, or offer Adult Basic Education, General Educational Development (GED), and English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) courses. These courses are often free, but the Partnership will cover the fee if one is charged.
