From NYS Thruway Exit 24: From toll booth, take I-90 East to Exit 2 for Washington Avenue. At traffic light at the end of ramp, turn right onto Washington Ave. From the intersection w/ Fuller Road, continue straight (westward) 2.2 miles on Washington Avenue Extension to the third traffic light (across from the Italian-American Center). Turn left onto Columbia Circle West Drive and take the immediate left onto South Frontage Road. Then take the second right turn (at the Corporate Plaza East, 240 Washington Avenue Ext. sign). The Partnership office is in the building immediately on the left. Parking is available just past the Service Entrance side of the building. The main entrance is located at the inside corner of the building.

From Points North: Take I-87 (Northway) south to Exit 1E to I-90 East and then take Exit 2 for Washington Avenue. At traffic light at the end of ramp, turn right onto Washington Avenue. From Points East: Via I-90 West, take Exit 2 for Fuller Road. Stay in middle lane and at light at the end of ramp, turn left onto Fuller Road. At next light at the intersection w/ Washington Avenue Extension, turn right. Then take the second right turn (at the Corporate Plaza East, 240 Washington Avenue Ext. sign). The Partnership office is in the building immediately on the left.
