Institutional and Direct Care Workers

These courses are designed to address a wide range of interests and needs of institutional and direct care workers. Whether the individual is a youth care worker, food service worker, or residential care provider, we have something to offer!


CSEA-Represented NYS Employees

NYS Managers & CSEA Leaders

The Partnership offers a broad range of programs and services that can support your workforce development needs. These programs and services can be brought to the worksite through a Worksite Training Application [pdf] request by management and labor.

You can also encourage your employees to take advantage of the learning opportunities available to them through scheduled offerings of selected courses throughout the State.

 

Program Specific Information

Skills For Success Courses catalog Fall 2008 & Spring 2009 is available to CSEA-represented employees (New York State, local government, and private sector). You'll find learning opportunites to meet your job skills, professional development, and personal development needs.


Licensed Practical Nurse Program
Seventy-four CSEA-represented NYS employees were enrolled in the Partnership’s Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Program piloted at OMRDD and OMH during the 2003 – 2007 Agreement.
