Labor-Management Workforce Development Grants

Can help NYS Managers and CSEA Leaders:

  • Support unique workforce and organizational development challenges with grants of up to $30,000.
  • Address large scale issues in the workplace caused by such things as reorganization, new technology, changing customer needs, new legal or regulatory requirements, or specialized employee job skills training needs.

Grants require the involvement and collaboration between labor and management representatives in all phases of the project, and assume agency/Partnership sharing of project costs and resources.  CSEA and management representatives are encouraged to confer with Partnership staff in the development of proposals for these grants.
