Online Learning

Can help you or your employees:

  • access job-related courses anytime, anywhere
  • gain knowledge for job skills
  • learn techniques to use in labor-management committee meetings

Online learning enables a learner to define what, when, and where to take training. No more juggling of inconvenient classroom schedules to obtain training. Users can stop learning, return to work, and pick up where they left off at a later time. Training can be accessed from any computer with an Internet connection and it's FREE.

The Partnership Online Learning Program has over 2600 SkillSoft courses along with two Partnership Labor-Management courses which are Working with the Contract and Labor-Management Committee Basics.

CSEA-Represented NYS Employees

If you are interested in the online learning program, which includes courses, such as, Business Skills, IT, Desktop Computer Skills, and Go Train Safety and Health along with the two Partnership courses, go to Get Started.

If you want the Partnership to bring the online learning program to your agency please ask your agency managers or CSEA leaders to place online learning on the agenda for their next labor-management meeting. Encourage them to jointly submit a Worksite Training Application [pdf] to the Partnership.

NYS Managers & CSEA Leaders

To bring the FREE online learning program to all CSEA-represented employees in your agency, labor and managment can submit a Worksite Training Application [pdf] request.

As a NYS manager, CSEA leader or especially a labor-management committee co-chair, you are eligible to take the two labor-management courses, Working with the Contract and Labor-Management Committee Basics. To sign up for these courses see Guests.
