The Partnership offers several courses to help employees deal with issues that may impact them at work and at home.

CSEA-Represented NYS Employees

The Partnership’s work and life courses may help employees balance their responsibilities at work and at home. Offerings are designed to help employees recognize and deal with the stress of current work assignments and family life; obtain skills to deal with difficult people and difficult situations; and overcome the effect at work of financial difficulties at home. NYS Managers & CSEA Leaders

CSEA-represented NYS employees can be more effective in the workplace by being able to minimize symptoms and causes of stress; and resolve/or diffuse situations that cause conflict at work or at home.
