The Partnership is pleased to announce an online learning certificate program for CSEA-represented New York State employees. We designed this unique learning opportunity for employees who have busy work schedules. Participants will be able to identify the skills needed to navigate difficult conversations successfully from the comfort of their home or from their workplace with supervisory approval.
By completing the Succeed at Difficult Conversations Certificate Program, you will:
- Recognize common communication challenges
- Identify methods to adjust your communication style to the person and the situation
- Recognize how to manage conflict using emotional intelligence skills
- Demonstrate your dedication to lifelong learning and professional development
Registering for the Succeed at Difficult Conversations Certificate Program
To participate in the Succeed at Difficult Conversations Certificate Program, you must have registered for both a Partnership Online Learning license and the Certificate Program in the Statewide Learning Management System (SLMS).
