There are more than 100 Partnership courses to choose from among the following categories: adult education basics; computer skills; individual development; interpersonal communication; labor-management services; language skills; math skills; safety and health; trades, operations and maintenance; work management; and writing skills.

Online learning is also available and features an online learning course catalog of thousands of courses, digital books, and two Partnership Labor-Management courses.

Courses can be accessed directly by individual NYS CSEA-represented employees through the Skills for Success course catalog and online learning program. CSEA leaders and NYS managers can also bring these courses to their worksite using the Worksite Training Application Form [pdf]

The Workforce Development Competencies are designed to help supervisors think about the skills and knowledge an employee might need to perform a job, and then match those needs with the courses. Visit the Foundational Competency Chart to find out more.
