The NYS & CSEA Partnership for Education and Training (Partnership) is pleased to announce the Fall 2021 Skills for Success catalog for CSEA-represented employees.

Updates to Courses

The Partnership is pleased to continue offering online courses and webinars. Online courses and webinars allow employees to take part in training by using a computer or mobile device and an Internet connection.

In-person training may be available later in the semester. Please call the Partnership for updates to in-person training.

About the NYS & CSEA Partnership

The Partnership is jointly sponsored and administered by the NYS Governor's Office of Employee Relations and the Civil Service Employees Association (CSEA). Course participation by employees working in local government, school districts, state authorities, and the private sector is sponsored by the CSEA WORK Institute.


These online courses and webinars will help participants develop the skills required to advance their careers. We urge you to work with your supervisor to select the online course or webinar most suited to your work and personal goals. You may apply for any of the online courses/webinars offered, even if it is not related to your current job.

It is easy for you to:

  • Choose an online course or webinar that meets your job-related training, professional development, or personal development needs.
  • Enroll through the Statewide Learning Management System (SLMS) or by completing the Skills for Success application form.
  • Attend an online course or webinar at your convenience on your computer or mobile device.

We hope you will choose from the many learning opportunities that can help you prepare for the challenges and demands of your current and future job opportunities.
